Sales Executive


Job Summary

 

Seawin Hospitality is a premier product manufacturer specializing in bathroom space headquartered in South Plainfield NJ and offices though out USA and Globally. Our focus is on hotels, resorts and multi-apartment projects. We do new construction and renovations operating nationally and worldwide. Our grate advantage is as a manufacturer our customers are ranging from wholesale companies to hotel owners.

 

This is a frontline position prospecting to find clients that are accepting bids for upcoming projects or develop relationship with various sales companies to participate in future project. We are very competitive and will do whatever it takes to win a contract.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

Research, network and prospect to find potential contracts.

Company will do bids and proposals while you follow up.

You operate independently but also collaboratively with company VP as a direct report.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

We prefer experience in our industry but will consider related experience.

Bachelor degree a plus.

Superior written and verbal communication skills a must.

 

Benefits

 

This is a full-time position.

Basic salary and we pay a generous share of the gross profit for each project.

Pay should range from $150,000.
