Job Summary


Seawin Hospitality is a premier product manufacturer specializing in bathroom space headquartered in South Plainfield NJ and offices though out USA and Globally. Our focus is on hotels, resorts and multi-apartment projects. We do new construction and renovations operating nationally and worldwide. Our grate advantage is as a manufacturer our customers are ranging from wholesale companies to hotel owners.


This position to oversee the order processing, our factory relations, delivery schedules, payments, etc.


Responsibilities and Duties


Manage our hospitality product production, delivery and installation in conjunction with sales team and designers.

Interface with accounting department to ensure timeliness of billing and collections for all projects.

Maintain a close relationship with Seawin factories to insure orders are produces and shipped out on schedule.

Proforma Invoicing for billing and collections.

Interface with Import Manager to keep the projects on track and ensure timely delivery of product to clients.

Understand the difference in products (i.e. construction)

Bachelor’s degree

Background in wholesale or distribution a strong plus

Salesforce a plus

Logistics experience a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate Excel

Self-starter that is resourceful and can easily adapt to changing priorities
